Narrative
At 1901Z on 25 July 1956, an observer scanning for aircraft sighted a circular dime-sized light-green luminous object at 5 degrees elevation, 075 degrees from post, altitude 20,000 ft. The object moved out of visual sight in 5 seconds. Weather was clear and balmy with full moon and good visibility. Observation by 1/Lt Donald K. Peterson, intelligence officer. The 4602D AISS noted description and speed indicate possibility of nickel meteorite; concluded POSSIBLY ASTRONOMICAL: METEORITE.
