Narrative

At 0315Z on 20 March 1955, a civilian studying astronomy and looking at Jupiter saw a UFOB at 40 degrees high in the north (overhead bowl or head of Big Dipper). It flew on N-S line in north direction for approximately 12 seconds via ground visual. Sky was very clear with variable 3-5 knot winds at surface. Observer commented definitely not a meteor. Conclusion was possibly aircraft.
