Narrative

On 10 March 1956 at 0130 EST (11/0130Z), five observers including a high school sophomore observed a triangular dime-sized red object at 1125 State Street, Watertown, New York. Object turned small then large over and over for 11 minutes, moving north very slowly. Viewed with high-powered French binoculars. AISOP concluded possibly aircraft due to straight-and-level flight and red lights resembling aircraft window lights. A follow-up investigation was conducted by Flight 3-D, 4602d AISS.
