Narrative

On 21 September 1956 at 1915Z (day), a 3-foot-square silver cube was reported via the 662d ACWRON in Brookfield, Ohio. The object was at estimated 3,000 feet altitude (3 angels), moved up and northeastward, reaching 10,000 feet at the disappearance point. It was first seen at 1354Z. Four F-84F aircraft of the Pittsburgh ANG were in the area just before the sighting. Observation was ground visual with 16x50 binoculars. Weather was clear; winds aloft not available.
