Narrative

Between 1900Z and 2100Z on 15 October 1954, ground observers near Roseville, California, sighted a large mass of substance described as white and sticky, with shape varying (see remarks). The material was noted as descending with the wind, observed 360 degrees azimuth around and above the observer for approximately five hours by ground-visual means and binoculars. Sheets of substance were collected and noted as occasionally torn or scattered. Soundless. Reported through Flight 1-C with substance later examined for material content.
