Narrative
At approximately 16:38 on 8 October 1955, Mr. (name redacted), a former U.S. Navy Quartermaster, and Mr. (name redacted), while installing a television antenna 1 mile north of Loogootee, Indiana, observed the object passing overhead traveling east-south-east at estimated 5,000 feet altitude and speed estimated 'in excess of 1,000 miles per hour.'
