Narrative
A 40-year-old hydraulic engineer from US Geological Survey observed an object at Bountiful, Utah on 7 July 1956 at 1330Z. Object's elevation approximately 40-45 degrees, azimuth 10-15 degrees east of true north. Sighted twice 7 hours apart with practically no travel. AISOP concluded it was highly unlikely any object would remain in the same position for 7 hours and that observer probably did not see the same object both times.
