Narrative
On 1 September (year approximately 1955) at 0909Z, John Faltemeier, an FAA Operations Specialist taking a weather observation in Denver, Colorado, observed a string of 20-30 white lights heading southwest (240 degrees) overhead. The object followed a straight and level course, disappearing into the distance after about a minute and a half. Two GCI sites were alerted to the area with negative radar contact. Only known traffic at the time of observation was eastbound aircraft. The observer stated that two other civilians had sighted an unidentified object of the same description on the previous evening.
