Narrative

A 14-year-old student William Watson Jr. and Frances Watson (housewife) in Burlington, North Carolina reported a round, half-dollar-sized red object via GOC. The red light blinked on and off regularly before stopping. The object initially appeared stationary then moved northeast (NE) before disappearing. Observed via good visibility through binoculars for 33 minutes. The 85th Air Division headquarters noted that since location matched AISS-UFOB-55-56 (sighted previous night), the observers may have discussed the prior night's event. Concluded probably same as ASTRO-UFOB-55-56 (astronomical/Sirius).
