Narrative

On 22 October 1960 at 2715 hours (presumably 1915 hours), Robert A. Hogen of Chicago observed a group of approximately 10-15 white spots of light on Route 20 between Michigan City and Gary, Indiana. He telephonically advised the OSI district office on 23 December 1960 after a radio program prompted him to report despite the lapse. The report was forwarded per AFR 200-2.
