Civilian Mr. (first name unknown) at Inlet, New York called Griffiss Air Force Base Base Operations at 21:50 hours on 14 September 1955 to report the second sighting. Object was traveling northeast then changed heading to northwest. Previous sighting moved back and forth; this sighting moved up and down leaving a bright glow. Heavy navy activity was in the area north of Griffiss at that time. Classified insufficient data for evaluation.
