Narrative
On 30 March 1955 at 0335Z, a student on duty at a ground observer post in Sonoma, California, observed a round silvery-white object overhead for thirty seconds. The object drifted west and went behind a cloud. The director of intelligence for 28th Air Division concluded the sighting was more than likely a balloon of some sort.
