USMC SGT and family observed object from Dallas; military witnesses A/2C E.J. Semora (USAF, Hensley AFB Operations) and A/D2 Q.F. Terry (USN, Tower Operator, 13 years aircraft mechanic and 2 years tower experience) corroborated. Object was stationary at 2,000 feet for about 22 minutes at 080 degrees from Hensley Tower, then moved west at approximately 280 knots, disappearing at the horizon. Total observation approximately 23 minutes from 03:00Z on 5 September 1956.
