Narrative

On 4 September 1955 at 0405Z, William J. Frehse, an Eastern Airlines pilot, and six other observers at multiple Atlanta addresses sighted an object that appeared similar in altitude to B-36 aircraft also flying in the area at the same time. The B-36 aircraft did not report sighting the object. Investigation conducted by Flight 2-C, 4602D AISS led by 2nd Lt Robert M. Yates.
