Narrative
On 31 May 1956 at 1705Z, a single round white object compared to the moon was observed in the north part of Jacksonville, Florida. Movement of light over Jacksonville west to east then north for approximately two hours. Object remained in sight, faded out, reappeared at 0450Z and faded again. Observed by housewife along with her husband and son. Weather was light haze with unlimited visibility.
