Narrative

On approximately 4 October 1956 at 0345 hours over Kelly Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, multiple personnel (including Mr. N. E. Clanton) observed an intensely bright round object resembling an electric light bulb the size of a nickel held at arm's length. The observer reported several exhausts around the outer edge that appeared to cause the object to move counter-clockwise. Sound was none.
