Narrative
On 9 November 1956 at 0455Z, a civilian news director near Antigo, Wisconsin, observed a round, greenish-white object half the size of the full moon, slightly fuzzy around the edges. The object descended in a straight line at approximately 1,800-2,000 feet heading southwest, then faded out after about five seconds. Weather was clear with good visibility and very few clouds.
