Narrative

On 9 July 1953 at approximately 2115 hours, a Consolidated-Vultee Aircraft Corporation employee (Engineer Liaison Man-B) observed a blue or purple light-like object over the Lake Worth area of N.E. Fort Worth, Texas. The object maneuvered very sharply once or twice then disappeared in a northwesterly direction. Visible for 3-4 seconds. The weather was hot and clear with no meteorological activity. The witness was cooperative and sincere with no desire for publicity.
