Narrative
On 13 February 1956 at 0220Z, GOC post supervisor Mr. Johnny C. Gover at Belleview, Florida observed an object resembling a star, white, very low in the sky, that seemed to rotate. Object viewed with binoculars, gradually descended very rapidly until disappearing over horizon low in west. Object did not paint on radar; Navy had no blips in area. Observer claimed to see this object every clear night after sundown, leading to astronomical conclusion (star or planet/reflection from sundown).
