On 7 November 1954 at 2208Z, a single unidentified flying object was sighted over Baltimore, Maryland by a 38-year-old female civilian observer described as a tall, slender, well-groomed, mature and sensible housewife with a high-school and business-school education. The case was investigated by Flight 3-H, 4602D AISS, and prepared by 2nd Lt. Jack Tebo. The 4602D AISS concluded the sighting was possibly a balloon.
