Narrative
A reliable Navy pilot from CompRon 6-1 reported an unidentified object over Riverside, California while flying. The object initially appeared to be an optical illusion caused by odd-shaped contrails, but its color, defined shape and symmetry prompted continued curiosity. The object suddenly moved through 34 degrees of arc in a fraction of a second before disappearing instantly. Approximately five aircraft and their contrails were noted in the area.
