Narrative
On 4 June 1955 at 0319Z, a 25-year-old experienced civilian observer in Euclid, Ohio reported a round white object the size of a pinhead heading southwest at 10,000-15,000 feet, observed for 20 minutes via ground visual and binoculars during night. Weather was clear with good visibility. Capt. Roy W. Anderson of the 662nd ACWRON at Brookfield AFS, Ohio prepared the report. The 4602D AISS concluded the sighting was possibly a balloon based on description and conditions.
