Narrative
On 29 July 1956 at 2230Z, 2-5 round shining slow-moving objects were observed during day by the Vancouver, Washington Ground Observer Corps post traveling southeast from Pat Bay to Bellingham, Washington. Headquarters considered the sighting probably attributable to weather balloons, undoubtedly the same objects as in UFOB-211-56.
