Narrative
On 8 May 1956 at 0645Z, a round silver object the size of a half-dollar was first sighted moving slowly and then started drifting north at high altitude. The object remained in sight for 20 minutes. Conditions were night with very clear weather. Observed via the Canton, Ohio Ground Observer Corps post by S/Sgt Kenneth Norris. Cause of sighting not determined.
