I saw an object which I would estimate between 35,000 and 50,000 feet high directly over the Control Tower. I observed this object through binoculars and it appeared to be round and shiney. It was between the size of a pin and a peae There was just one object. There appeared to be some darker shade in the backgrounde There was no trail or exhaust. All the time we were watching it, it appeared to stay in one place. There was no speed or sound. It disappeared while I was rewinding the camera.
