24D 24-0 UFO(S) Observed by ROBERT A. HOGEN 2. Lights appeared to be at a 45-degree angle of elevation from point of the observer. Observer's automobile was traveling almost directly west and lights appeared at a 45-degree angle from the line of travel, or in a north-west position. 3.
