C. 1, On 11 April 1963, this District Office received A telephonic notification of a UFO having\been sighted by DAVID/ALEXANDER, a schoolboy, 9508 Penn Oak Drive,” Silver Spring, Maryland,’ JUniper\ 5-8618. A time exposure photogrgph was allegedly made of the UFO by ALEXANDER and a friend, JEFF/ N, 9632 Brunmett Street, Silver Spring, Maryland. ALEXANDER advised this occurred on the night of 11 November 1962 and he has been attempting since then to report it to the proper agency. …
